Letter of permission

(we have asked for permission to use the school premises and bring the people who are involved in our film into the school, we have asked our head of year and head of department to avoid health and safety issues which may occur if the teachers are unaware of who is visiting the school during our short scene preperation. Fortunately we were sucessful at proceeding filming on my schools premises )

Dear Mrs Turner, Mrs Mitchell and Mr Foster

We are writing to you to ask for your permission to allow us to film on the school premises. We will be filming for our AS Media Coursework to create the opening of a thriller movie. There will be two visitors coming to the school by the names of Jadeene Haughton (a previous St. Anne’s student) and Rick Wambaki. We will specifically be using the drama room, the car park and the small music room upstairs. We are looking to film on Friday afternoons up until the 22nd March 2013 and we plan to start filming from the 25th February 2013.

We hope you will enable us to let us film on the premises, thank you.
